# Twist Tool

Twist Tool allows users to twist vertices using the brush.

Twist is an elastic deformation tool.

There are several options that affect how Twist Tool works.

| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Type             | Twist Type                                                    |
| Stiffness        | How much the mesh resists shear                               |
| Incompressiblity | How compressible the spatial region is: 1 - 2 x Poisson ratio |
| IntegrationTime  | Integration Time for elasticity                               |
| BrushSteps       | Integration steps                                             |

Users can press Ctrl + Z to Undo and Ctrl + Y to Redo the operation.
